See above. As previously mentioned, Mike is the attorney who provided the brilliant defense of Factor when the Park Service tried to charge him with running the river without a proper permit, and with refusing to follow instructions when rangers tried to flag down his boat at Crystal Rapids. The defense was that Factor thought he was being cheered on, so he waved back, and continued on down the river, successfully shooting the rapids at Crystal. Jack the Ranger, who lives at Meadeview, and is responsible for the entire west end of the Grand Canyon from above Diamond Creek to the Grand Wash Cliffs at Lake Meade. Ote "Coyote" Dale |
