 Unkar Creek Unkar Creek, located on the north side of the Colorado River, is a very import archaelogic site in the inner canyon. The delta once supported a medium sized farming community and many ruins and artifacts have been discovered there. The Unkar Creek area may best be viewed from Lipan Point which is just west of Desert View on the East Rim Drive. |
