Grand Canyon Village	Grandeur Point Grandeur Point is one of those little known secrets of Grand Canyon National Park. It offers one of the best views of the inner canyon that can be found in the village area and an especially fantastic view of the switchbacks on the upper and middle portions of the Bright Angel Trail. Because you must walk at least a half mile to reach it, it is seldom very crowded. Grandeur Point is located about 1/2 mile west of Yavapai Point along the Rim Trail. It can also be reached from the Visitor Center by following the trail the leads past Mather Amphitheatre out to the Rim Trail, about 1/2 mile, and then following the Rim Trail east for about another 1/2 mile.
